Bio
Originally from Stony Plain, Alberta, Kimberley Dunn was raised surrounded by competitive athletes. She competed in high level soccer for 15 years that took her all across North America and spent her youth participating in a variety of sports. After injury and burnout led her to leave competition Dunn fell away from active sport for a few years.
Dunn and her husband moved their family to Olds in 2012. Having her own children reignited her love for athletics and she found herself volunteering, coaching and mentoring in any opportunity she could. Dunn works with athletes at all levels and in a variety of sports across Western Canada, she has found her passion in teaching athletes how to fully care for their bodies, promote longevity in sport and that the time they spend outside of performance windows truly matters. Through Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition and Rest and Recovery protocols, Dunn leads athletes towards truly caring for themselves so they can be at their healthiest and perform at their highest potential.
She is committed to seeing athletes as individuals, and providing them with the supports they need to be great athletes and great ambassadors of their sport.
