Game Day Staff will assist in putting on an exciting, fun, safe and organized experience for players, coaches, officials and spectators!

Submissions received prior to September 1, 2023 will be given priority over positions available. 

Deadline for all applications is Monday, September 11, 2023.

All successful candidates will be expected to be available for training opportunities and scheduled games.

Announcer

Game Day announcers will be responsible for announcing scripted notes, playing music and engaging the crowd throughout Broncos Home Games. View Job Description

Admissions 

The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for taking payment, managing the admissions to Broncos Home Games and selling Broncos apparel. View Job Description

Webcast Coordinator

Working in coordination with the Sport Event Coordinator and Sports Information Officer, the successful candidates will host live ACACTV broadcasts on game nights at Olds College. View Job Description

Camera Operator

Working in coordination with the Sport Event Coordinator, Sports Information Officer and the Webcast Operator, the successful candidates will assist in hosting live ACACTV broadcasts on games and events at Olds College. View Job Description

Score Clock Operator

The score clock operator will be responsible for managing the clock during home games, keeping track of substitutions, time-outs,, goals scored and sport-specific player statistics (i.e. digs, assists and kills for volleyball, or fouls for basketball). View Job Description

Shot Clock Operator

The shot clock operator shall update each team’s shots on net as live-play occurs (hockey). For basketball, the shot clock operator shall control a separate timing device to start, stop and reset the 24 second shot clock as live-play occurs. View Job Description

Score Sheet Operator

The score sheet operator will be responsible for recording goals, assists, fouls, penalties, and substitutions (depending on the sport), gathering the roster and identifying starting players from each team’s coaching staff. View Job Description

Statistics Spotter

The stats spotters will be responsible for verbally communicating live stats to the statistics recorder. Statistics will vary depending on the sport (goals, assists, digs, shots on net, attack, service error, etc). View Job Description

Statistics Recorder

The stats recorder will be located at the score table and will be responsible for recording statistics that are verbally relayed from the statistics spotter.  Volleyball statistics will be recorded on an ACAC official stats recording sheet. Basketball statistics will be recorded on a computer utilizing the Presto Stats program. View Job Description

Videographer

Responsible for creating video content at Broncos Athletics home games, tournaments, playoffs, championships and special events for use on our website and social media to promote events, programs and services of the Broncos brand.  View Job Description
